Congratulations to Anna McLindon, a nurse from our College Nurse Service who has been awarded a highly commended place in the Banbury Employee of the Year Awards.

Anna was nominated by the Banbury and Bicester College in recognition of the excellent work that she does.  The college nurse role is to provide a confidential health service for students. This includes general health concerns, contraception and sexual health, healthy eating, drug and alcohol issues and stopping smoking.

The service is very well used by students and, since starting four years ago, the number of students accessing health support has continued to increase.

TheBanbury Employee of the Year Awards are an opportunity to publically recognise individual members of staff, a team or an organisation which has shown outstanding achievement and dedication over the past twelve months.
