Oxfordshire Consultation on Dementia

Oxfordshire County Council wants to improve the information, advice and guidance provided  for people with dementia, and people who care for a person with dementia in Oxfordshire and we need your help to do this .

Please could you tell us about your experiences of getting the information, advice and guidance you need.

Was it easy to find, useful and timely or, hard to find, confusing and too late, a mixture of both?

During June and July we will ask people to tell us their views in meetings and to fill out a questionnaire. Your views will be listened to and will influence the services we commission from April 2013.

The consultation opens on 18 June 2012 and closes on 31 July 2012.
