Interpreting Services

To ensure that our patients and carers are able to communicate with us we do have an interpreting service. This includes face to face interpreters in British Sign Language and languages other than English, telephone interpreting in other languages and written translation.

If you are attending an appointment and you or your friend or relative requires an interpreter please ask your team to book one for you. If you can please give us as much notice as possible as this helps us to source an interpreter for you. However, we are able to provide interpreters in emergency situations.

Jeżeli podczas wizyty potrzebna jest Państwu (lub Państwa przyjacielowi lub krewnemu) pomoc tłumacza ustnego, należy poprosić nasz zespół o zamówienie dla Państwa tej usługi. Jeśli to możliwe, prosimy zawiadomić nas o takiej potrzebie z jak największym wyprzedzeniem – pomoże nam to w zapewnieniu Państwu pomocy tłumacza. Usługi tłumacza możemy jednakże zapewnić także w nagłych przypadkach.

Caso possa, pedimos que nos avise com a maior antecedência possível, pois isso nos ajudará a localizar um intérprete para você. Todavia, podemos fornecer intérpretes em casos de emergência.
