Making a Difference
There are lots of ways that our Foundation Trust Members can help shape our services and we are constantly looking to improve the services we provide and ensure they meet the needs of our patients, service users, carers, and local communities.
There are a number of ways our Members can get involved with the work of our NHS Foundation Trust. Below is a list of just some of the involvement activities our Members have been involved in:
- Consultations (including surveys and questionnaires)
- Commenting on our policies and strategies
- Participating on interview panels to recruit new members of staff
- Helping us produce information and leaflets
- Taking part in support groups
- Participating in clinical audits
- Participating in our hospital / unit development projects
