Freedom of Information
What is the Freedom of Information Act?
Do you have it? Can I see it?
The Freedom of Information Act (2000) gives general rights of access to information held by any public authority. As Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is a public authority this means you can request access to certain types of information that we hold.
We welcome all enquiries under the Act and if there is something you would like to know please contact Mark Underwood, Head of Information Governance.
