I am nominating this special and dedicated professional for all of the amazing hard work they have done over this last year in their new role as AHP lead that I feels deserves recognition.

Becks is consistently kind, caring and compassionate and is always available to help and support you when it is needed. Becks always has a smile on her face and her positivity is infectious.

Becks has supported me through a really difficult few weeks and has lead with pure kindness and understanding.

Having this type of leader not only as a line manager but one that over sees Therapies across Community Hospitals is invaluable and as a service we are extremely lucky to have Becks.

With the demands of the role, Becks juggles many different plates but always seems to do so with excellence and makes clear the health and well-being of the Therapists is of upmost importance.

Becks makes time for all and always puts others above herself.
