Crisis Support

Non-urgent advice: In an emergency

If you or someone else is at risk of serious harm:

  • Call 999
  • Go to your nearest Accident and Emergency department (A&E)

In a crisis

We know that life is unpredictable and there may be times when you experience emotional distress, which might lead to a mental health crisis. If this happens, there is support for you around the clock.

We urge you to make use of these contacts if you find yourself struggling; it is important you get the help you need.
