Courses
At Buckinghamshire Recovery College, you can join our free courses and explore a special curriculum designed to help you learn more about mental health and recovery.
Each course is made to:
- Increase your skills and knowledge about mental health.
- Equip you with the tools to live a happy and fulfilling life.
Making the most of it
Students are encouraged to complete an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) with a student adviser.
This plan helps you decide what you want to get from the Recovery College and helps us make sure your time here is rewarding and successful.
Our aim
Our goal is to bring people together to:
- Inspire individual and group potential.
- Recognise your strengths and successes.
- Help you take control of your wellbeing and recovery.
- Support you to live the life you want to live.
Non-urgent advice: Enrolment days
Students are recommended and advised to attend enrolment days, this allows students the opportunity to speak to tutors directly, to discuss courses, answer any questions, and to sign up to courses.
Students who are new to Buckinghamshire Recovery College are expected to attend an Introduction to Recovery College session, this will provide an understanding of the Recovery College.
