Healios CAMHS Service

What is HEALIOS?

BaNES, Swindon & Wiltshire have partnered with Healios to provide digital mental health assessment and treatment of young people aged 13-17 years who are experiencing mental health difficulties.

HEALIOS are part of CAMHS and work alongside the local CAMHS teams in BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire.

How will the online assessment/treatment work?

The online assessment is largely the same as the face-to-face assessment, the main difference being you will be able to complete the assessment from the comfort of your home or wherever else may be convenient and suitable, rather than coming to see us here in the clinic.

Healios use the same highly-qualified clinicians you would expect to see within the face-to-face clinic. The appointment will be via a secure, video-based clinical platform. You will be able to see and talk with your clinician much like you would in a face-to-face service. The service is available from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week and Healios will do their best to find a time which suits you. All you need is a smart device such as a tablet or a computer with internet access.
