How are we doing?
As a young person, you will have your own views about your experience with health services. What went well? What could be even better? We really welcome your feedback, and you could provide this by filling in one of our questionnaires when you attend an appointment.

If you have a complaint, concern or a compliment please try to talk to the member of staff concerned. If you have a Buddy he/she can listen to you very carefully and will act on any feedback you wish to give regarding your treatment in CAMHS.
If none of these options work for you, then you can contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
