You will have your own views about your experience with our health services – what went well and what could be even better.  Tell us how things were for you, we’d really like to know.

Please take 10 minutes to fill in one of our patient experience surveys when you next attend an appointment. And if you can’t see one of the questionnaires, please ask a member of staff to get you one.

If you have a complaint, concern or compliment please try to feed back to the member of staff concerned, if this is possible.

If this isn’t possible or you’d prefer speak with someone else, you can contact the Trust’s Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are not allowing visitors to any of our hospital or inpatient sites in order to protect our patients and staff who care for them from the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).

This is with effect from Monday 23 March 2020 until further notice.
