Who are we?
We are a team of young people and staff who work together on different projects to make sure the Eating Disorder Team at CAMHS listens to young people’s feedback to improve the service that young people receive.
Get involved
Be involved with things like:
Improving care
Sharing your ideas to support and improve the care of children, young people and their families in the CAMHS Eating Disorder Service.
Developing training
Being involved in delivering training or developing training resources for staff so they are kept up to date on the real issues affecting young people.
Recruitment
Interviewing new staff for CAMHS to make sure we employ the right people for our service.
Publications
Making helpful leaflets and packs of information for young people that will really be useful to them.
Website
Developing information for the website to improve the information, advice and support regarding eating disorders.
Research
Get involved in research opportunities.
Where do we meet?
The group meet regularly at the Sue Nicholls Centre in Aylesbury or at Raglan House in Oxford.
