Our strategy

I care, you care

The Oxford Health I Care You Care strategy was launched in June 2017 to strengthen how we work together, in partnership with family, friends and carers, and ensure they are at the heart of what we do.

Working in partnership

As a trust, we recognise the importance of this 3-way partnership, where we adopt a more inclusive practice with carers, ensuring they are listened to and really heard, and consulted more closely.

By doing this we will achieve the best possible outcomes for all involved in the persons care.

We know a lot of our services are already doing some great work, but we recognise there is still more to be done. The aim of I Care, You Care is to make sure we are learning from the things we are doing well and offer a consistent approach across the trust.

We know we might not always get things right first time, but we are committed to working in partnership with our patients and the people that support them, to provide the best possible care.
