Here 24/7 to listen and support you to get to a calm and safe place. SHOUT is free, confidential, and anonymous.  It is a service for anyone in the UK. To start a conversation, text the word ‘SHOUT’ to 85258.

They provide a lifeline of safe and caring support for families, friends and partners affected or bereaved by a loved one’s harmful use of drugs, alcohol or gambling.
