Caring for our carers

I care, you care

Caring whilst working

Juggling work and caring

Juggling work and caring can be very stressful and exhausting. As a working carer you have rights.

There are statutory rights at work to help and support working carers. You may also have additional contractual rights, your employer may be able to offer flexibility and support through their own policies and procedures.
