Referral

Those meeting the criteria for a referral to Complex Needs Service (CNS) will need to discuss this with the professional involved in their care.

Professionals will then be able to complete a referral for a potential service user if they feel it is appropriate to do so.

A professional in this context is any person with a professional health or social care qualification or a mental health support worker.
