The Trust has taken the decision not to hold an in-person Board meeting in public due to COVID-19, in order to protect the health of Board members, Governors, staff, Trust members, the public, and all those who would normally attend a meeting in public; the meeting is instead being held remotely.
However, we are opening up the meeting to observers – please click this link to join the meeting shortly before 09:00 on Wednesday, 25 January (you may then be held in the meeting lobby until an organiser accepts you to the meeting).
Time is also set aside at the end of meetings in public for those attending to ask questions on matters arising from the agenda.
Questions will be taken at the discretion of the chair of the meeting, at the end of the meeting and in the designated slot on the agenda.
Questions on topics not included on the agenda may be answered at the discretion of the chair of the meeting, either in or outside of the meeting.
To facilitate a response at the meeting, please submit questions no later than 24 hours in advance to the Director of Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary.
