20th May 2016 @ 9:45 am - 2:00 pm
20th May each year marks International Clinical Trials day, and to mark the day, this year the trust is supporting an open day at the Clinical Research Facility at its Warneford site.
The National Institute for Health Research Oxford Cognitive Health Clinical Research Facility provides a wide range of clinical and scientific resources, as well as patient facilities, to enable high-quality research ultimately leading to new treatments.
The open day runs from 9.45 am to 2 pm, and provides an opportunity to find out more about the type of clinical research carried out at the facility. You can drop in for the section of the day, or stay for the full opening hours.
Patients, carers and health professionals are particularly welcome, and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
