Health Matters: Patient experience of digital consultations

Digital consultations have helped Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust carry on providing care safely and effectively throughout the pandemic. We are a leading trust in the UK on the up-take of digital consultations, nearing 100,000 completed consultations. But how do our patients and service users feel about them?

Join us for a free webinar to hear from our patients and staff and tell us about YOUR experience.

Join us on Tuesday, November 17 at 12 noon for our Virtual Health Matters: Patient experience and digital consultations. You will hear from our staff and people who have had digital consultations.

Our speakers will be:

  •  Marie Crofts, chief nurse, who will also chair the event
  • Four patients/service users who have recorded their comments on video  
  •   Natasha Browne, cognitive behavioural therapist at the TalkingSpace Plus talking therapy service
  • Oliver Shipp, Global Digital Exemplar programme lead.
