Identification of students

Some children may be unable to identify themselves to the vaccinating team. This may be due to language barriers, age or learning needs.

We ask for a member of staff to remain with their student group to assist us with identifying these children.  This member of staff needs to know the children by first and last name.

We may not be able to vaccinate a child in the absence of an absolute positive identification.
