We pride ourselves on being a multi-disciplinary team who have expertise to support you with all aspects of your wellbeing.

The Mental Health & Wellbeing Hubs and KMHTs are comprised of the following roles:

Team administrator

Responsible for the clerical and administration of the team.

Peer support workers

Our Peer Support Workers themselves have experience of mental health concerns and have sought help from mental health services.

They understand what it is like to live with a mental health condition, and that this is just one part of your wellbeing.

They will provide recovery focused interventions.

Personality Disorder Intervention (PDI) Workers

Provide structured psychological support (SPS). This is a manualised intervention of eight to ten sessions to help people with a diagnosis of personality disorder live well with this diagnosis.

These workers will also provide brief focused interventions to patients with a personality disorder who present to primary care in need of additional support.

Lead Clinician

A mental health nurse or Occupational Therapist, to provide triage and assessments within the KMHT and evidence-based interventions.

Consultant Psychologist or Psychological Therapist

Providing evidenced-based interventions for patients including initial assessment, triage and 1:1 and group sessions.

Assistant psychologist

Responsible for triage, assessment, brief interventions and group work.

IPS (Individual Placement Support)

Will work with people with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) to gain employment.

Team Manager

Operational and clinical management for the day to day running of the Hub and KMHT.
