ABC Guide to personal resilience

Personal resilience is the way we cope with challenging and difficult situations in order to overcome them. Simply put, it’s how we personally recover from stress.

#OurNHSPeople have published a simple set of ideas for maintaining and enhancing your personal resilience while facing the uncertainty and challenges of the COVID-19 situation.

The ABC Guide to Personal Resilience contains practical ideas that you can use, as well as questions to ask yourself to help you become more resilient and cope better with stress during the COVID-19 pandemic. The ABC model stands for:

  • Connection and Community
