Diabetes UK are running an awareness campaign, Be in the Know, to highlight the seriousness of diabetes and the support available to prevent diabetes complications. They have published resources for healthcare professionals to help you talk to your patients about diabetes and Information Prescriptions which can be built into primary care IT systems.
