Care of Clients with Long Term Conditions

An introductory course on the care of clients with long term conditions is now open for nurses or AHPs working in primary care across Wessex. This six day introductory course at Bournmouth University will focus on the skills and insights needed to provide effective patient centred, evidence based care across a range of long-term conditions in the GP surgery setting. Fully funded places are available on this 20 credit, Degree or Masters level module which starts in September.
