Continuity of care in general practice

Continuity of care is a critical element of general practice, particularly, continuity of the personal relationship between patients and their general practitioner.

In 2019 Health Foundation, supported by RCGP,  launched a new funding programme to help to improve patient care and outcomes by exploring the potential to increase continuity of care within general practice. Read about the programme on the RCGP website.

The team is holding two webinars for the wider community, to share learning and best practice from the programme so far. They will take place on:

• Webinar 1: Tuesday, 26 November  2019 between 12:30pm – 1:30pm
• Webinar 2: Tuesday, 8 December  2020 between 12:30pm – 1:30pm
