Mini MBA in healthcare

A two day mini MBA (Masters in Business Administration), organised jointly by Royal Society of Medicine and Eurekadoc, will cover seven core modules giving delegates a basic understanding and foundation for their career and personal growth.  Open to delegates in any clinical field,  the course will help you improve your healthcare leadership abilities, with modules covering:

• Design thinking
• Accounting basics
• Strategy essentials
• Introduction to economics
• Negotiation, motivation and personality types
• Leadership and managing change
• Marketing

The course will run on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 September 2018.
