New GP pharmacist training pathway

The Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE), along with Heath Education England and GP Deans, has created a GP pharmacist training programme  to meet the needs of pharmacists in primary care team roles.

The pathway comprises 9 core modules and offers a comprehensive programme of residential courses, study days, small group learning, resources for self-directed study, assessment and support to equip pharmacists with the necessary knowledge, skills, behaviours and experience for their general practice role.
