New Guide to Quality Improvement

West of England Academic Health Science Network has published a  Guide to Quality Improvement. It is an A5 booklet that explains what Quality Improvement science is and how it can be used to deliver safer and better patient care.

It provides a summary of the five phase Improvement Journey, our methodology for making change happen, including an introduction to some basic QI tools.
