Better leaders, better healthcare – NHS Leadership Academy 

The NHS Leadership Academy programme for 2016 is now available here. It includes targeted development for all backgrounds and experiences across the NHS.

The Edward Jenner programme is the foundation level and has been designed for everyone working in a health and care context. The first two parts – Launch and Foundations – are free to access and based online. They is designed to be completed over about six weeks. The advanced element includes three face to face workshops and leads to an NHS Leadership Academy Award in Leadership Foundations.
