Polypharmacy action learning sets

Oxford AHSN are offering a series of half day polypharmacy action learning set workshops focusing on identifying barriers that prevent safely stopping inappropriate medicines. These sessions, aimed at GPs and non-medical practitioners, will help new primary care networks deliver medicines optimisation elements of the new GP contract.

The workshops will be held on 4 March, 8 April and 6 May. (Venue to be decided.)
