Primary Care leadership

Primary care is a changing landscape which requires new leadership skills.

The NHS Leadership Academy have published  new eBook describing their offer to support primary care, from pharmacists and practice managers to GPs, dentists, nurses, health visitors and administration staff.

There are also a number of local programmes currently available for all primary care staff through the Thames Valley and Wessex Leadership Academy, including the Coach to Lead programme and a 1-day Coaching Conversations Masterclass both running in July.
