Social Prescribing for Young People

“Social Prescribing for Young People: within and beyond the health system” is a free event from the Social Prescribing Youth Network. The event will be held at the University of Westminster, London on 21 May and is open to everyone interested in social prescribing for children, young people and families.  Learn about:
