Tai Chi and Complex Health Conditions – a webinar 21 May

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art and health cultivation practice, providing for some an embodied experience of transcendence. It is based in slow, smooth movement, controlled breathing and deep mental absorption in the practice. Explore both the history and scientific evaluation of Tai Chia to support people with complex health conditions at a Thames Valley Wellbeing Network webinar. The webinar will be presented by Dr Giles Yeates who studies the use of tai chi in neuro-rehabilitation and with complex disability.
