Telephone triage skills

The RCGP are running a one day training course exploring telephone consultation and triage. The aims of the day are to improve your confidence, develop the communication and questioning skills required and explore the legal issues around telephone triage.

Telephone Consultations and Triage Skills Training – 24 January 2017 will be held at RCGP headquarters in London.
