Working Smarter Not Harder – Leading and Managing a Practice
A one day course run by RCGP Wessex Faculty will look at how to better manage practical issues which arise in managing a practice. It will be led by Dr. David Morgan, an ex-Army GP with over 33 years of leadership and management experience.
