Journal Alerts

A wealth of journals are out there to meet your needs – if you would like to receive the contents pages of any of those below when they are published, just sign up here – then if you want the articles referred to, we can supply those.

Databases:
Social Care Online: Covers all aspects of social care and social work. Types of resources covered: legislation, government documents, practice and guidance, systematic reviews, research briefings, UK grey (informally-published) literature, books and journal article from 1980 to present.
PsycINFO: Sign in with an NHS OpenAthens account . Provides access to international literature in psychology and related disciplines. Includes information on drug and behavioural therapy, treatment of disease, drug addiction, developmental psychology, and educational psychology, as well as the psychological aspects of such areas as linguistics, social processes, pharmacology, physiology, nursing, education, anthropology, business and law. Type of sources covered: Journal articles, books, book chapters, theses and dissertations. Years covered: 1806-present.
