Referrals

GPs or hospital consultants can refer to our service using the Oxfordshire ME/CFS Service referral form. 

Clinicians: The referral form is available on the GP electronic system or can be downloaded here

For referrals to the OUH ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) Service  please access this via the e-referral system for outpatients through infectious diseases.

(Please note: The OUH service offers cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and support with exercise with a Specialist Physiotherapist should this be appropriate for you.)
