Teamwork Award (Clinical)

This award is for who have contributed the most, to improve the quality of experience for service users, carers, families or colleagues in the trust by embracing teamwork. Nominations should demonstrate any of the following:
- how the work of the team has either directly or indirectly made a positive difference to the experience of our service users, carers, families or staff
- evidence that the team has worked together with clear leadership, role clarity and communication
- working together – how the team has sought to develop its skills, knowledge and experience to benefit service users, carers, families or staff
- have provided an improved performance or service as a result of team working.
WINNER
Outreach Service for Children & Adolescents (OSCA)
Children and Adolsecent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) OXON,
based at Raglan House, Oxford
The children and young people OSCA and crisis team have done an exceptional job in difficult circumstances. They have been successful in engaging with high risk and difficult to engage young people to prevent and shorten hospital admissions. The team have all gone above and beyond to ensure every young person has access to the right treatment, at the right time and receives an outstanding and safe service.
Their nomination said:
“This team has continued to make a positive difference to the experience of service users and their families due to the dedication of the team. All staff in the team have worked above and beyond, to ensure all young people receive an outstanding and safe service. I could not be prouder of my team.”
We are incredibly proud of each other, we have worked together through difficult times and keep pushing forwards to support young people and families in times of crisis
