Teamwork Award (Non-Clinical)

This award is for who have contributed the most, to improve the quality of experience for service users, carers, families or colleagues in the trust by embracing teamwork. Nominations should demonstrate any of the following:
- how the work of the team has either directly or indirectly made a positive difference to the experience of our service users, carers, families or staff
- evidence that the team has worked together with clear leadership, role clarity and communication;
- working together – how the team has sought to develop its skills, knowledge and experience to benefit service users, carers, families or staff
- have provided an improved performance or service as a result of team working.

Their nomination said:
“The driver receptionist team are our hidden heroes of the service, without these unsung and often unseen team members and without their continued and dedicated support, urgent care would cease to function as we know it!”
