World AIDS day gives an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, show their support for people living with HIV and to commemorate people who have died. Around 100,000 people are currently living with HIV in the UK – and globally an estimated 34 million people have HIV.
This year NAT (National Aids Trust) is asking you to Act Aware. Acting aware means finding out the facts about HIV and using this knowledge to protect yourself and others from HIV infection. For further information, or to download your factsheet and help spread the word, click here.
