Oxford Health NHS FT is one of the first adopters of the national Productive Care Programmes. This is changing the way patients receive care and is about making a positive difference for patients, carers and staff.

Pam Treadwell,  Joanna Atkins and Tessa Slater are part of the Improvement and Innovations team at Oxford Health NHS FT. The team come from a variety of clinical and non-clinical backgrounds and are experts in the knowledge of Productive Care.

Together they provide dedicated support and facilitation for staff at all levels to enable them to embed Productive Care principles, measure outcomes and support new developments in the delivery of sustainable quality improvements that have real and direct benefits for patients, carers and staff.
