Coasters and Response take on the two peak challenge.

Response are teaming up with Coasters to take a party of approximately 10 people to scale Snowdon and Scafell in just two days. The two peak challenge is taking place on 2nd and 3rd of September and will be led by Colin Godfrey of Coasters and Luke Winstone of Response.

 

Response are teaming up with Coasters to take a party of approximately 10 people to scale Snowdon and Scafell in just two days. At 978 m (3,209 ft) Scafell Pike is the highest mountain in England. Located in the beautiful Lake District National Park in Cumbria. Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales and at a height of 1,085 metres (3,560 ft) it is also higher than Scafell.

Coasters, established in 1995, works in new ways with people who are recovering from serious mental health problems, promoting social inclusion, physical and mental health, and combating stigma. Response, a charity, is one of the largest providers of mental health services in Oxfordshire, they offer a range of housing, support and care services to meet the needs of people who experience enduring mental health problems in Oxfordshire and beyond. Response and the Coasters actively encourage all residents to live an active lifestyle.

The two peak challenge is taking place on 2nd and 3rd of September and will be led by Colin Godfrey of Coasters and Luke Winstone of Response.
