Beverly, who has been described by her colleagues as a hardworking and committed team player, always goes the extra mile for her patients and colleagues. She is known throughout the ward as eternally optimistic and thoughtful, even in the face of great challenges.

Beverly said: “It is satisfying to see the needs of clients and their families being resolved, and to work within an amazingly supportive team.”

Alison Bannerman, who nominated Beverly for the award, said: “Bev is an exceptional person, who instills calmness to every situation, which allows her to deliver care in a safe and excellent manner.

“She always goes the extra mile and has time for every query that you just quickly want to run past her.”

Beverly will receive a certificate and our thanks for her valued service to the trust and its patients.

Every month we recognise and reward a member of staff that has made a real difference to the trust, our people and our patients.
