The event, Introducing Oxford Health Arts Partnership, will be held online on Tuesday, May 10 from 12:30 to 1:15.

Artscape Project Manager Tom Cox and Arts co-ordinator Angela Conlan will demonstrate just how much cultural activities like art, dance and music can enhance patient and staff wellbeing. More than eight out of 10 people say creative activities have helped them, relieving anxiety, depression and stress. And they can help lift people out of loneliness, this year’s theme for the Mental Health Awareness Week.
Age of Creativity Festival
With our event we are proud to be part of the Age of Creativity Festival which is led by Age UK Oxfordshire. Members of the Age of Creativity Network are from the age, health, care, arts, culture, academia and community sectors.
Each year throughout May, Age UK Oxfordshire showcase their members’ work and highlight important themes that arise. Members in the network work together to support Creative Ageing and support as many older people as possible to take part in creativity – as participants, audiences, volunteers and artists.
