We are pleased to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 10 September 2013 at the Holiday Inn, High Wycombe 5.30-8.30pm.

This year’s theme is physical and mental health integration. The speakers include Stuart Bell, CBE, Chief Executive Officer and other service leads from across the Trust presenting work that was recently shortlisted at the Health Service Journal integrated care awards.

The full agenda and papers for the meeting will be available on the day.

Please come along from 5.30pm if you would like to find out what our services have been doing throughout the year and have the opportunity to meet and talk to staff from across the Trust. The formal meeting also includes a question and answer session where you will be able to submit your questions to the Trust Board members.

Light refreshment will be available.

Please, specify whether you will require a minibus transfer to and from the AGM from Oxfordshire (from/to Warneford Hospital) or Buckinghamshire (from/to Tindal Centre).  Details of minibus times will be provided to those who respond.
