Calling all registered nurses, occupational therapists and social workers: we’re holding a mental health recruitment day on Saturday, June 15 and we want you to join us.

From 10am until 2pm, our teams will be on hand at the Warneford Hospital in Headington, Oxford, to guide you through some of the opportunities on offer and the many benefits of working for a forward-thinking mental and community health trust that delivers excellent care thanks to excellent people.

Join us on our open day to find out about the roles available within our adult and older adult mental health services such as Staff Nurses, Deputy Ward Managers, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Clinical Coordinators.

We have many opportunities within our teams, whether you are looking for your first role as a newly qualified nurse, looking for promotion or a change of direction.

Newly Qualified Nurses

Oxford Health is a great place to start your career as a nurse, we have developed our Flyer Programme to support newly qualified nurses with dedicated support and mentoring. At its heart is preceptorship, with the addition of staff development; coaching and assessing; quality improvement, with level 7 accreditation over a two-year programme.

Return to Practice

If you are ready to come back to nursing or occupational therapy, we would love to have you join us. We are always keen to welcome caring and compassionate individuals back into the profession. Your skills and experience are invaluable, and we aim to make it as straightforward as possible for you to return.
