Join our workforce
As an apprentice at Oxford Health NHS FT you’ll receive training from experts in their fields, receive accreditation and earn while you learn.
We can help you develop the skills to have a better career in our mental health and community services. We have a range of apprenticeships available from clinical healthcare support to business administration – some courses last 15 month and others up to two years.
These apprenticeships are just the beginning of an exciting journey that can lead to a variety of career options. You’ll also have the chance to study for further qualifications.
Our Nurse Associate Trainee course has 60 places and is open to external and internal applicants. Currently all our other apprenticeships are only open to you once you join the trust.

Developing our staff
Apprenticeships are for everyone of all ages and experience. We have a variety of existing apprenticeships courses across the trust available to staff who want to improve their skills or fancy a change in career.
If you already work with us and there isn’t an existing course that interests you, talk to your manager. Our apprenticeship team can work with them to create an apprenticeship that is right for you.
