Luther Street Medical Centre will be operating a reduced level of service whilst much needed building works take place to improve the reception and waiting area.

Restricted service

We will be able to offer a restricted service during this time.

• We will have face-to-face clinical appointments between 9:00am and 4:30pm.
• We can also offer phone and advice appointments during these hours.
• Other services normally taking place at Luther Street (Dental & Turning Point etc) will be available at other locations in the city/county. Any patients affected will be informed.

Please be aware that people attending the site can expect an increased level of disruption in the form of noise and dust. However, we hope this will be kept to a minimum. Thank you for your understanding during this period of disruption.

Out of hours

Anyone requiring medical care outside of the hours of 8.00am to 4.30pm, who cannot wait until the next day should:

• Contact 111 for advice between 6.30pm and 8.00am
• If serious or life threatening, contact 999
