The Trust gives notice that it will hold elections to the Members' Council of Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.

 

The Trust gives notice that it will hold elections to the Members’ Council of Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.

Elections are to be held for the following positions:

• Public: Buckinghamshire – 2 Governors
• Public: Oxfordshire – 2 Governors
• Patient: Service Users Buckinghamshire – 4 Governors
• Patient: Service Users Oxfordshire – 4 Governors
• Carers: Buckinghamshire – 2 Governors
• Carers: Oxfordshire – 2 Governors
• Staff: Adult services (all disciplines) – 3 Governors
• Staff: Older adult services (all disciplines) – 2 Governors
• Staff: CAMHS and Specialists (all disciplines) – 1 Governor
• Staff: Forensic Mental Health (all disciplines) – 1 Governor
• Staff: Corporate support (all disciplines) – 1 Governor

Elections

Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying members on Friday 28th December 2007.

Completed ballot papers must be received by the Independent Scrutineer (Electoral Reform Services Ltd) by the close of poll, Monday 21st January 2008 at 12 noon.

The regulations governing this election can be obtained from Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust, Chancellor Court, 4000 John Smith Drive, Oxford Business Park South, Oxford, OX4 2GX.

If candidates do submit a nomination and then decide to withdraw, this must be done in writing, and witnessed, to the Returning Officer no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 11th December 2007.
