David Bradley, Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the Trust to take on a new role as Chief Executive at South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust. 

David joined Oxfordshire Mental Healthcare NHS Trust as Director of Operations in 2003, before taking on the position of Chief Operating Officer for the combined Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Trust.  In 2010 he took on the role of Managing Director for Community Health Oxfordshire prior to the integration with the Trust.  David has played a key role in the success of the organisation to date, most notably our Foundation Trust application and the integration of Community Services in Oxfordshire.

David will be leaving the Trust at the end of July and interim arrangements have been put in place. Yvonne Taylor, Divisional Director for Children and Families Services will be the Interim Chief Operating Officer for the Trust from 27 July 2012. Yvonne has worked for the Trust since 2006 and has a wealth of experience managing operational services. Prior to working for the Trust, Yvonne worked as a commissioner in Oxfordshire.  Yvonne has been appointed on an interim basis following an interview process and the appointment has been approved by Trust Board.
